Keto Pumpkin Whipped Coffee (Dalgona)

I’ve been obsessed with dalgona coffees and this is a great twist to the drink, but of course low carb and keto-friendly!

Pumpkin Spice Dalgona Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee

  • 1 tbsp sweetener

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp heavy cream

  • 1 cup ice

Directions:

  1. In a stand mixer, add your instant coffee, water, sweetener and pumpkin spice in a bowl

  2. Whip until this mixture reaches stiff peaks

  3. In a large cup, add your ice, almond milk, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, cinnamon and mix.

  4. Add your whipped mixture on top and serve!
