Mexican Coleslaw

I'm so excited to share my Mexican coleslaw recipe with you guys!

It's a recipe I've been making for a long time with my family. We love having this coleslaw as a side with chicken, steaks, ribs, or any other proteins. We also love this coleslaw with tacos, tostadas, and even my egg skillets.

Mexican Coleslaw Recipe:

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz Shredded Cabbage

  • 1/4 Large Red onion, diced

  • 1 Small Roma tomato, diced

  • 1 tbsp Chicken Bouillon Powder

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

  • 1/2 cup Mayo

  • P.S - If you want it less creamy, use 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup mayo

Directions:

  1. Place all of your ingredients in a bowl and combine thoroughly.

  2. Enjoy right away, or refrigerate for a few hours.
