Keto Fruity Yogurt Bars

 
 

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut cream 

  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sweetener 

  • 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla extract 

  • 1/2 teaspoon of Choczero sugar free maple syrup or sugar free honey 

  • ¼ cup of dairy free coconut yogurt 

  • A dash of cinnamon 

  • 2 to 4 strawberries 

  • 2 to 4 tablespoons of walnuts

  • 2 to 4 blueberries 

  • 2 to 4 blackberries 

  • 2 tablespoon of Choczero sugar free white chocolate chips

Directions:

  1.  Mix coconut cream, powdered sweetener, vanilla, honey/maple syrup, yogurt, and cinnamon in a bowl. 

  2. Add some of the chopped strawberries and fold it in.

  3. Then add more chopped strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, white chocolate chips, and walnuts to the top.

  4. Place in the freezer. 

  5. Let set 1 to 2 hours 

  6. Enjoy!
