Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Servings: 12 Strawberries

Cream Yields: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces of cream cheese

  • ⅓ cup of powdered sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ cup heavy whipping cream

  • 12 strawberries washed and core removed

Directions:

  1. Add cream cheese and powdered sweetener and mix with paddle attachment

  2. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract

  3. Mix until stiff peaks form

  4. Wash, dry and core strawberries

  5. Using a piping bag squeezed filling into strawberries
