Keto Beef Sopes

Dough

Ingredients:
2 2/3 cups of almond flour
1 1/4 cup of tapioca flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of vegan chicken less seasoning from Trader Joe’s or chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon of fresh lime juice
1 cup of warm water plus a bowl of warm water to dip hands into to roll.
Meat
Ingredients:
1lb ground beef
¼ cup of chopped onion
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Toppings
Ingredients:
Lettuce
Avocado
Tomatoes
Cilantro
Sour cream
Salsa
Cheese
Directions:
Mix almond flour and tapioca flour.
Add salt, chicken seasoning, and lime juice.
Add a warm cup of water and mix in dough wrap and store in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
Cook ground beef with all of the above meat ingredients in a pan on medium low heat.
Cook until well done and set aside.
Divide dough into portions and roll and flatten.
Fry in a pan.
Assemble.
Add meat and all your favorite toppings and enjoy!
