Keto Beef and Broccoli
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of cornstarch mix with 3 tablespoons of water (optional)
2 pounds of chuck roast, cut into thin pieces
1/2 cup of low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
3 tablespoon of sweetener
½ teaspoon of molasses
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 teaspoons of grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon of xanthan gum
2 Tablespoons avocado oil
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced of white onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds (optional)
Frozen cauliflower rice found at @costco
Directions:
In a bowl season meat with salt and pepper and toss in the cornstarch mixture.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, molasses, red pepper flakes, sweetener , garlic and ginger. Set the sauce aside.
Heat a large nonstick sauté pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the oil and once it is hot, add the beef and cook.
Remove the beef and set it aside.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and once it is hot, add the broccoli florets.
Return the beef to the pan then add the prepared sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Heat your frozen cauliflower per direction.
And enjoy together!
