Keto Alfredo with Egg Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs 

  • 4 ounces of softened cream cheese

  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder

  • ½ cup of Heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoons of butter

  • ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese 

  • Salt 

  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Mx the egg, garlic, and cream cheese

  2. Pour in prepared dishes with parchment paper

  3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until done

  4. Cut into pasta 

  5. In a small pot add, heavy cream, cream cheese, butter, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper 

  6. You can thin it out with a non dairy milk 

  7. Pour over cooked egg pasta and enjoy!
