Egg Roll Skillet

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or turkey
½ onion, diced
1 16 oz bag coleslaw mix
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp sesame oil
Green onion and sesame to top
Optional - Serve with cauli rice
Directions:
In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp avocado oil and cook your ground beef or turkey until golden brown. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Add your coleslaw mix, and allow this to cook for 1-2 mins.
Add your soy sauce, sesame oil and sriracha
Top with green onions, sesame seeds and extra sriracha if you’d like!
I love pairing this with cauli rice, but you can eat all by itself too.
