Egg Roll Skillet

 
 

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey

  • ½ onion, diced 

  • 1 16 oz bag coleslaw mix 

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sriracha 

  • 1 tsp sesame oil 

  • Green onion and sesame to top 

  • Optional - Serve with cauli rice 

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp avocado oil and cook your ground beef or turkey until golden brown. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  2. Add your coleslaw mix, and allow this to cook for 1-2 mins.

  3. Add your soy sauce, sesame oil and sriracha 

  4. Top with green onions, sesame seeds and extra sriracha if you’d like!

  5. I love pairing this with cauli rice, but you can eat all by itself too.
