Chicken Sausage Skillet

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken sausage (or breakfast sausage), sliced

  • ¼ cup diced red bell peppers 

  • 1 cup diced zucchini 

  • ½ cup diced mushrooms 

  • 1 cup spinach

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder 

  • 1 tsp onion powder 

  • ½ cup shredded Mexican blend cheese  

Directions:

  1. Place your items on medium high heat and cook your chicken sausage until golden brown.
