Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap

Ingredients:

Grilled Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts 

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Avocado oil spray

Toppings:

  • 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce 

  • 6 oz grilled chicken breast

  • 2 tbsp shaved parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp lite caesar dressing

  • ¼ of a small avocado, cut in slices 

  • 1 tomato slice, cut in half 

Directions:

  1. Remove your iceberg lettuce core and grab your leaves, making sure that they are still in a bowl shape.

  2. Add your toppings, as much as you’d like! 

  3. Wrap up like a burrito and enjoy! You can use parchment paper to help assist you.
