Ingredients:
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp coconut cream
1 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup
¼ tsp cinnamon
Top with strawberries
Blueberry Yogurt Chia Pudding
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp coconut cream
1 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup
¼ cup greek yogurt
Top with frozen blueberries
Peanut Butter Protein Cup Chia Pudding
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp coconut cream
1 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup
1 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
Directions:
In a large bowl, cup or mason jar add all of the ingredients and mix. Set in the fridge for 1 hour.
Top with low carb granola or your toppings of choice and enjoy!
