Dairy Free Chia Pudding - 3 Ways

Servings: 2

Strawberries n Cream Chia Pudding 

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp coconut cream

  • 1 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon 

  • Top with strawberries 

Blueberry Yogurt Chia Pudding

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 ¼  cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp coconut cream

  • 1 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup

  • ¼ cup greek yogurt 

  • Top with frozen blueberries

Peanut Butter Protein Cup Chia Pudding 

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp coconut cream

  • 1 tbsp Choczero sugar free maple syrup

  • 1 scoop protein powder 

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, cup or mason jar add all of the ingredients and mix. Set in the fridge for 1 hour. 

  2. Top with low carb granola or your toppings of choice and enjoy!
