Cheeseburger Casserole

I can’t wait for you to enjoy this recipe! It tastes just like a cheeseburger without the bun!!

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

Casserole:

  • 2.5 pounds ground beef

  • 1/4 cup diced onion

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 8 ounces cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup sugar free ketchup

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup of radish thinly sliced

Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

  • 2 teaspoons pickle juice

  • For topping: shredded lettuce tomato, pickles, bacon

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat.

  3. Add ground beef, radish, onion, and garlic, and cook until the ground beef starts to brown.

  4. Stir in cream cheese and continue to cook until the meat is browned and the cream cheese melts.

  5. Stir in, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.

  6. Transfer to a casserole dish and top with cheese.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes.

  8. In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and pickle juice.

  9. Remove the casserole from the oven and drizzle with the sauce.
