Big Mac Smashed Tacos
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
6 A La Madre low carb corn tortillas (discount code: lowcarblove)
1 lb ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
6 cheddar cheese slices
1 roma tomato, sliced
¼ cup shredded lettuce
1 cup onions, diced
Sauce:
½ cup avocado mayo
1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 pickle spear, diced finely
4 tbsp unsweetened ketchup
2 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine your ground beef with your salt and pepper. Create 6 burger patties, flattening them out.
Place your patties on a tortilla and in a nonstick pan, place them patty side down and cook for 2-3 mins. Flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until your tortilla is crispy.
At this point, you can add your dairy free cheese and let it cook
In a separate bowl, make your sauce.
Remove your smashburger tacos from your pan and add your shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sauce.
