Bell Pepper Cheesy Egg

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 large red bell peppers (tops cut off only) 

  • 2 eggs 

  • ½ cup spinach 

  • ¼ cup diced onion 

  • ¼ cup shredded cheese 

  • Seasonings of choice 

Directions:

  1. Cut the tops off your bell peppers and remove the inside (turning your bell pepper into a bowl) 

  2. Crack your eggs, add your veggies and top with your seasoning and cheese!

  3. Airfry at 375F for 10-12 mins until your egg is cooked
