Baked Shrimp Dip

Ingredients:
2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined cut into pieces
1 red bell pepper, diced finely
½ white onion, finely diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup sour cream (or 4 oz cream cheese if you want it more decadent)
1 cup mayo
½ cup parmesan cheese
½ tsp italian seasoning
½ cup mozzarella cheese (more for topping)

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375F
In a saute pan, add 1 tbsp of avocado oil and add your onion and bell pepper. Saute until soft and translucent.
Add your shrimp, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and crushed red pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove off heat and allow your shrimp to cool.
In a separate bowl, combine your cream cheese, mayo, parsley and parmesan cheese.
Add your shrimp back in and mix.
Pour into a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese and additional parsley.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until nice and bubbly!
Serve with low carb chips or crackers and enjoy.
