Air Fryer Pumpkin Pie Cinnamon Rolls

 
 

Servings: 8 cinnamon rolls

Ingredients:

  • 3 low carb flour tortillas 

  • 4 tbsp softened light cream cheese

  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 4 tbsp brown sweetener 

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon 

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice 

  • Avocado oil spray

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 3 tbsp softened cream cheese

  • 1-2 tsp almond milk (to thin it out)

  • 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

  • Optional: 1 tbsp pumpkin puree 

Directions:

  1. Layer your tortilla with cream cheese, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. You can also mix your puree with the cream cheese already.

  2. Add cream cheese to your second tortilla and place it on top of the first tortilla almost like making a quesadilla. Do that to your third.

  3. Roll it up and slice it into 8 pinwheels.   

  4. Airfry at 400F for 5-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  5. If you like crispy edges, make them smaller.
