Air Fryer Donuts

 
 

Makes 12 mini donuts or 6 regular sized donuts!

Doughnuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cup almond flour 

  • ½ cup sweetener

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil 

  • 2 tbsp almond milk

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum

Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup Choczero sugar free dark chocolate chips

Cinnamon Sugar

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp powdered sweetener 

  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer at 325˚F. 

  2. In a large bowl, mix your dry ingredients together (almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt).

  3. In a separate bowl, add your wet ingredients -  (room temperature eggs, avocado oil, almond milk and vanilla)

  4. Pour mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients and stir to combine.

  5. Spray donut pans or molds with avocado oil and pipe batter into your donut mold, filling about 3/4 full.

  6. Air fry for 5-7 minutes. You’ll know when they’re done when they come out clean with a toothpick. 

  7. Remove donuts and let cool for 5 minutes

  8. Make your cinnamon sugar coating and chocolate glaze. Coat both sides of each donut with cinnamon sugar mix or dip in chocolate glaze! Enjoy with a glass of milk.
