Turkey Unwich
Ingredients:
3 large iceberg lettuce leaves
3-4 turkey slices
2 slices tomato
¼ onion, cut in strips
2-3 cucumber slices
1 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp sriracha
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
On a large piece of parchment paper, lay your lettuce leaves and add your condiments. I added mayo, mustard and sriracha
Now, add the rest of your toppings. You can add any toppings you like! Sometimes, I love adding jalapeno to make it spicy!
Once all your toppings are added, you’re going to tuck and roll like a burrito. Cut in half and enjoy!
