Air Fryer Brownies

 
 

Yields: 9 Brownies

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1 cup almond flour (not packed, but leveled)

  • 2 eggs

  • ¾ cup sweetener (I’m using powdered allulose)

  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ½ cup Choczero sugar free chocolate chips

  • 1-2 tbsp brewed coffee OR almond milk - if needed

Directions:

  1. Preheat your airfryer to 325F

  2. Add all of your ingredients into a bowl, except your chocolate chips

  3. Mix until combined

  4. Top with your favorite chocolate chips

  5. Line a parchment lined dish and airfry for 20 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when a toothpick comes out clean!

  6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and cut into squares!
