Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup whole milk cottage cheese 

  • 1 egg 

  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 

  • 3 tbsp sweetener

Directions:

  1. Spray your dish with avocado oil or butter. 

  2. Pour all of your ingredients into a microwavable dish. 

  3. Microwave for 2 mins, allow it to cool for 2 minutes and enjoy!
