90 Second Dairy Free Vanilla Mug Cake

Ingredients:
1 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp almond flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sweetener
2 tbsp egg whites (or 1 natural egg white)
Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract and dash of cinnamon
Dairy Free Glaze
Ingredients:
3 tbsp sweetener
1 tbsp almond milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
In a mug, mix in all of your ingredients.
Microwave for 60 seconds and let cool
Make your glaze by combining all the ingredients together.
Pour glaze over cake and enjoy!
