90 Second Dairy Free Vanilla Mug Cake

 
 

Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 3 tbsp almond flour

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp sweetener

  • 2 tbsp egg whites (or 1 natural egg white) 

  • Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract and dash of cinnamon 

Dairy Free Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sweetener

  • 1 tbsp almond milk

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. In a mug, mix in all of your ingredients.

  2. Microwave for 60 seconds and let cool

  3. Make your glaze by combining all the ingredients together. 

  4. Pour glaze over cake and enjoy!
