3 Salad Jars (Meal Prep)

BBQ Chicken Salad

(Top to Bottom)

Ingredients:

  • Mexican cheese

  • Chopped Romaine Lettuce

  • 2 tbsp Black beans

  • Barbecue chicken

  • Red onion

  • Cucumber

  • 2 tbsp BBQ Ranch dressing

Greek Salad (Top to Bottom):

Ingredients:

  • Feta cheese

  • Chopped Romaine Lettuce

  • Shredded chicken

  • Tomato

  • Optional - Chickpeas

  • Red onion

  • Cucumber 

  • 2 tbsp Greek salad dressing

BLT Salad (Top to Bottom):

Ingredients:

  • Crispy Bacon

  • Chopped Romaine Lettuce 

  • Yellow bell pepper

  • Green bell pepper

  • Tomato

  • Red Onion

  • Cucumber

  • 2 tbsp Ranch dressing

Directions:

  1. Add each ingredient to a mason jar.

  2. Seal the mason jar properly and store the salad jar in the fridge for a couple of days until you want to enjoy it!

  3. Shake it onto a plate or eat it straight out of the mason jar for less dishes!
