3 Low Carb Milk Tea Boba Drinks

Ingredients:

Coffee Jelly

  • 2 tbsp gelatin

  • 1 cup water 

  • 2 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee or ¼ cup black coffee 

Thai Milk Tea

  • 2 thai tea bags steeped in ½ cup hot water

  • 2 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey  (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 

  • 1 cup ice 

Black Milk Tea

  • 2 black tea bags steeped in ½ cup hot water

  • 2 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk 

  • 1 cup ice 

Matcha Milk Tea 

  • 1 tbsp ceremonial grade matcha powder 

  • 2 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey (discount code: lowcarblove)

  • 2 tbsp water 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk

  • 1 cup ice 

Directions:

  1. Start with your coffee jelly. In a large bowl, combine your hot water, gelatin, sweetener or honey and mix. Mix until the gelatin has dissolved.

  2. Once dissolved, add your coffee and mix.

  3. Pour into an 8x8 glass dish and set in your fridge for an hour.

  4. Let’s start on your teas. Steep 2-3 bags of your tea bag in 1 cup of water. You want this to be concentrated. Let steep for 10 mins.

  5. Let’s assemble your tea. Cut your coffee jelly into small bite sized pieces.

  6. Place your coffee jelly at the bottom of your glass, add 1 cup of ice, your steeped tea and top with your choice of milk! Enjoy!
