3 Ingredient PB Cookies (3 ways)

Servings: 24 Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of peanut butter 

  • ½ cup of sweetener 

  • 1 egg 

  • ¼ cup or less grape, strawberries, or blackberry jam or any jam of choice sugar free

  • ¼ cup plus more Choczero milk or dark chocolate sugar free chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and prepare a cookie sheet pan with parchment paper. 

  2. In a bowl mix together, peanut butter, sweetener, and egg together. 

  3. Separate dough into three portions.

  4. Mix one dough with the chocolate chips.

  5.  And make 8 individual balls to form the cookie.

  6. Take the second dough and divide into 8 portions. 

  7. Shape and flatten and use your thumb to press the center. Enough to add the jam. 

  8. Use a small spoon to add the jam to the center. 

  9. The final dough, divide into 8 portions and shape into flat round discs. 

  10. Use a fork to make criss cross indentations. 

  11. Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes. 

  12. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. 

  13. Completely cool on the rack.
