3 Detox Drinks

Lemon Raspberry Energizer

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving (2 shots) of Mary Ruth’s multivitamin (discount code: MROMAYRA)

  • 1 cup lemon sparkling water

  • 1 cup ice 

  • Raspberries to top 

Directions:

  1. Mix everything in a cup with ice and enjoy!

Green Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple

  • ½ english cucumber

  • 1 tbsp ginger root

  • 1 cup spinach, packed 

  • Juice of half a lemon 

  • Tumeric 

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey or sweetener of choice

  • Ice and water for your desired consistency (I used about 2 cups water, ½ cup ice)

Directions:

  1. Place everything into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Immunity Shot

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp ginger 

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder or juice

  • 1 orange, peeled 

  • Juice of half a lemon 

  • Cayenne pepper to top 

Directions:

  1. Place everything into blender and blend until smooth. It will look like a pulp! When you’re ready to serve, take 1 tbsp of your concentrated mix and mix with 1/4 cup water. Enjoy!
