All American Breakfast Board
Ingredients:
Turkey Bacon
Scrambled eggs
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Avocado
Directions:
Add your eggs to a pan over medium low heat and gently scramble constantly until the eggs are cooked to your liking!
Cook your turkey bacon on a separate pan until they are also cooked to your liking! I like them extra crispy!
Assemble your board and enjoy!
Salmon Lox Breakfast Board
Ingredients:
Soft boiled eggs
Smoked salmon
Cucumber
Light Cream Cheese
Avocado
Pickled onions
Tomato
Directions:
Add water to a small pot over medium high heat. Add your eggs in when the water comes to a rolling boil.
Cook your eggs for 6-7 minutes then add them to a bowl of cold water with ice.
Peel and set aside.
Assemble your board how you like with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
Mexican Breakfast Board
Ingredients:
Sausages
Fried eggs
Avocado
Cucumber
Grilled onion
Grilled jalapeno
Directions:
Cook your eggs on a pan over medium high heat until cooked to your liking!
Cook your chicken sausages with a little avocado oil.
Assemble your board and enjoy!
