Ingredients:

  • 1 cup powdered egg whites 

  • 1 cup water 

  • 1 cup cultured cottage cheese 

  • Optional - any seasonings you’d like to add on top

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F 

  2. Whip water and powdered egg whites to stiff peaks

  3. Blend cottage cheese 

  4. Fold egg whites and cottage cheese together and transfer to pan. 

  5. Bake for 35 mins and allow to cool.
