Zucchini Boats

Ingredients:
2 large zucchinis, deseeded and cut in half lengthwise
1 cup low sugar marinara sauce
½ cup diced crimini mushrooms
½ cup dairy free cheese
½ tsp red pepper flakes
Basil to top
Directions:
Preheat your airfryer to 400F
Cook your zucchini in half lengthwise and deseed using a spoon
Add your mushrooms, low sugar marinara and red pepper flakes
Top with dairy free cheese and airfry for 6-7 mins
Garnish with basil
