Zero Carb Crust Pizza

 
 

Yields: 6 slices

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Crust:

    • 1 lb ground chicken 

    • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated

    • Salt and pepper to taste 

    • 1 tsp garlic powder

    • 1 tsp onion powder

    • 1 tsp italian seasoning

    Toppings:

    • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 

    • ⅓ cup turkey pepperoni slices

    • ⅓ cup chicken sausage, cooked 

    • ¼ purple onion, sliced 

    • ¼ green bell pepper, sliced 

    • ⅓ cup mushrooms, sliced

    • ⅓ cup black olives 

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.

  2. Make your crust by adding the ground chicken, eggs,parmesan cheese and seasonings into a mixing bowl. Mix until it's well combined.

  3. Add your chicken mixture onto a pizza pan lined with parchment paper. Flatten it and shape into a circle or rectangle!

  4. Top your crust with parmesan cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

  5. Once your crust is cooked, add your toppings! 

  6. Start with marinara or pizza sauce, then add some mozzarella cheese, and all of your favorite pizza toppings!

  7. Top it with more cheese and broil for about 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is nice and melty!

  8. Take it out of the oven, slice, and enjoy!
