Whipped Feta Dip

Servings: 8

Ingredients: 

  • 8 oz feta cheese

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup avocado mayo 

  • 1 garlic clove 

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 

  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper

  • ½ italian seasoning 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Toppings 

  • Dill 

  • Extra virgin olive oil 

  • Sesame seeds or chili oil

Directions: 

  1. Combine all of your ingredients in a food processor and blend! You want your dip to be as smooth as possible. 

  2. Remove your dip from your food processor and place in a dip bowl. Add any toppings you’d like, I added dill, extra virgin olive oil and chili oil.

  3. Serve with low carb chips or crackers and enjoy!
