The Only Chicken Recipe You'll Ever Need

Ingredients:
2 lbs bone in chicken
Marinade mixture:
½ jalapeno
1 bunch cilantro
¼ cup unsweetened greek yogurt
1 lemon, juiced
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp italian seasoning
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Choczero maple syrup
2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ cup avocado oil
Veggies of choice - onions, bell peppers, zucchini, etc.
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400F
Make your marinade by adding all of the ingredients into your blender. You don’t need to use a blender, you can just finely dice everything, however, a blender will give you a smooth marinade.
Wash and pat dry your chicken fully.
Lather your marinade on your chicken and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. At this point, prep any veggies of choice.
Place your chicken in a glass and oven safe pan skin side up and bake for 30-40 mins until the internal temperature is 165F.
