The Best Chocolate Cake

Yields: 12 Slices

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 3 cups fine almond flour

  • ½ cup cocoa powder

  • 4 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk 

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 cup powdered sweetener 

  • 1  tsp pure vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Chocolate Frosting

  • 3/4 cup cold heavy cream

  • 1 ½ cups Choczero sugar free chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F. 

  2. Using a large bowl, add everything into your mixing bowl, and mix until everything is combined. Do not overmix. 

  3. Prepare your  8-inch pan and line with parchment. 

  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 

  5. In the meantime, make your frosting.

  6. Whip your cold coconut cream until stiff peaks and fold in your chocolate. 

  7. Let your cake cool completely before frosting.
