Low Carb BLT Dip

Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayo
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp ranch seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb bacon, cooked until crispy (save some to top your dip)
Toppings:
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup chopped tomato
Top with remaining crispy bacon
Low Carb Tortilla Chips
5-6 low carb tortillas
1 cup avocado oil
Directions:
Cook your bacon until crispy! You can either microwave, fry, air fry or bake!
In a bowl, add all of your ingredients for your dip and mix until well combined.
Cut your tortillas into 4’s. Fry in avocado oil until crispy. This takes about 2-3 minutes on both sides.
Top your dip with lettuce, tomatoes and extra bacon. Enjoy with homemade low carb tortilla chips!
P.S - This dip is super creamy, so if you want it less creamy, replace 4 oz of your cream cheese with more sour cream. You can also use greek yogurt!
