Low Carb BLT Dip

Servings: 6


Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened  

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup mayo 

  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • 1 lb bacon, cooked until crispy (save some to top your dip)

Toppings:

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • ½ cup chopped tomato 

  • Top with remaining crispy bacon 

Low Carb Tortilla Chips

  • 5-6 low carb tortillas 

  • 1 cup avocado oil

Directions:

  1. Cook your bacon until crispy! You can either microwave, fry, air fry or bake!

  2. In a bowl, add all of your ingredients for your dip and mix until well combined.

  3. Cut your tortillas into 4’s. Fry in avocado oil until crispy. This takes about 2-3 minutes on both sides. 

  4. Top your dip with lettuce, tomatoes and extra bacon. Enjoy with homemade low carb tortilla chips! 

P.S - This dip is super creamy, so if you want it less creamy, replace 4 oz of your cream cheese with more sour cream. You can also use greek yogurt!
