KFC “Potato” Wedges

 
 

Yields: 2-3

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 Jicama

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • ½ tablespoon Black Pepper

  • ½ tablespoon Cayenne Pepper

  • ½ tablespoon Paprika

  • ¼ cup Avocado Oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Cut and peel jicama and boil for 15 minutes, until tender 

  3. Strain and place them in a large bowl.

  4. Coat fries with olive oil and then season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika.

  5. Arrange Jicama fries on a large baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.

  6. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Turn the fries half way for even baking and crispy ness!
