Keto Seed Crackers

 
 

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Water

  • 1.5 tablespoons psyllium husk powder

  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

  • ½ cup Hemp Seeds

  • ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds

  • 2.5 tablespoons of flax seeds

  • 2.5 tablespoons of Sesame Seeds

  • 2.5 tablespoons Chia seeds

  • 2.5 tablespoons of sunflower seeds

Directions:

  1. Into a large mixing bowl, pour in water. A little at a time, mix in the psyllium husk powder, whisking all the time. 

  2. When all lumps are dissolved, add the salt and then the seeds. Stir well.

  3. Let the mixture rest for about 10  minutes. 

  4. Preheat the oven to 350F while it is resting.

  5. Add parchment and spray release 

  6. Once the mixture has gelled, spread it as thinly and evenly as you can. 

  7. Place in the oven and set a timer to 30 minutes.

  8. Take out of the oven.

  9. Use a pizza cutter or a sharp knife to score the mixture into cracker shapes.

  10. Put them back in the oven and set the timer for 10 to 15 minutes. 

  11. Seeds burn easily, make sure to keep an eye. 

  12. They will continue to crisp as they cool!

  13. Enjoy with your favorite spread!
