Ingredients:
- 3 to 4 turnips washed, julienne cut, and boiled 
- ¼ teaspoon of pepper 
- ¼ teaspoon of salt 
- ¼ cup of heavy cream 
- ⅓ cup of shredded cheese 
- 1 cup of mushrooms 
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic 
- 2 tablespoons of butter 
Directions:
- Boil sliced turnips until close to tender. 
- Heat a skillet with butter over medium heat. 
- Add in garlic and mushrooms. 
- When mushrooms are close to being done, add in scalloped turnips 
- Sauté for 2 minutes. 
- Add in heavy cream and cheese. 
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
