Keto Pecan Pralines

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup of roasted pecans

  • 1 stick of butter cut and separate one tablespoon 

  • ¼ of salt 

  • ⅓ cup powdered sweetener (allulose) 

  • ½ cup of heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

  • Molten salt (optional)

Directions:

  1. Roast the pecans on the stove top for a couple of minutes, just until they get fragrant. 

  2. Set aside.

  3. To a skillet, add your butter, except the tablespoon, to a pan set over medium heat.

  4. As the butter starts to melt, add the powdered sweetener and heavy cream to the pan. Stirring frequently. 

  5. Add in pecans. 

  6. Once you see a caramel color, turn the heat off and remove the pan from the stove. 

  7. Add the remaining one tablespoons of butter, along with the vanilla extract. 

  8. Mix well. 

  9. Use a tablespoon to scoop out some of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

  10. Put the baking sheet in the fridge for about an hour or until they are fully set and enjoy!
