Keto KFC Biscuits

Biscuit

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt (discount code: LOWCARBLOVE)

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 4 egg whites

  • 2 tablespoons cold butter (cut into pieces)

  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Grease a cupcake pan with coconut oil spray.

  3. Whip egg whites until very fluffy. 

  4. In a separate medium bowl, mix the baking powder into the almond flour. 

  5. Then cut in the butter and salt. 

  6. Gently fold in the dry mixture into the whites.

  7. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the dough into the cupcake tin and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Honey Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon of Choczero maple syrup (Discount code: Lowcarblove)

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and add in syrup (adjust to taste)
