Keto Chocolate Mug Cake

You guys! This 5 minute chocolate mug cake is going to change the game for you! It tastes just like the real thing without the added sugar and sugary consequences.

Serving Size: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 1/2 tsp cream cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp sweetener

  • Dash of salt

  • Optional: 1/8 tsp instant coffee

Directions:

  1. Add butter and cream cheese into mug and melt together in the microwave for 20-30 secs

  2. Add eggs and whisk in.

  3. Add all of your dry ingredients and mix super well until incorporated

  4. Microwave for 50-55 seconds - It's best for the cake to be slightly wet (you don't want a dry cake)

  5. Top with your favorite ice cream or eat with a glaze.
