Almond Flour Pancakes
The best fluffy almond flour keto pancakes!
This is a full batch recipe and makes 8-10 pancakes. Of course, you can make silver dollar pancakes and will get a lot more.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 oz cream cheese
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla flavoring or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup almond flour
1 tbsp sweetener
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender, and blend for 30 seconds or until incorporated
Let the batter sit for 10 minutes!
Heat up saucepan or griddle
Pour batter and cook pancakes on one side until bubbles start to form
Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes
Serve with your favorite maple syrup and butter!
