Ginger Sesame Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:
1 medium to large mason jar with a screw-on lid
1 cup cooked shrimp (seasoned with salt and pepper)
1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup diced yellow bell pepper
¼ cup persian cucumbers
1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup romaine lettuce
3 tbsp green onion, sliced
3 tbsp cashews/almonds
Ginger Sesame Dressing:
2 tbsp coconut aminos
¼ cup avocado oil
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar (or regular white vinegar)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp Choczero honey
1 tbsp grated ginger (you can do ½ tbsp for less spice)
1 tsp Sriracha
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
In a large bowl, make your ginger sesame dressing. Add your ingredients in the bowl, and whisk.
Place everything in a mason jar, with the crunchiest vegetables at the bottom.
