3 Ingredient Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Bars

Yields: 2 bars!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups vanilla protein yogurt 

  • ½ cup sugar free white chocolate chips, melted  

  • ¼ cup freezer dried strawberries, chopped  

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, diced

Directions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

  2. Dollop your yogurt into 2 large circles. 

  3. Add 1 spoonful of fresh strawberries on top of each yogurt dollop. 

  4. Press the strawberries into the yogurt and form a circle.

  5. Place your popsicle sticks down and freeze for 1-2 hours.

  6. Remove from the freezer and dip in melted chocolate.

  7. Coat with freezer dried strawberries and throw it back into the freezer. 

  8. Enjoy!
