Dump + Bake Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

 
 

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 10oz box low carb pasta

  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded 

  • 1 jar alfredo sauce

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder 

  • Optional - Red chili flakes and italian seasoning

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • 1.5 cups Kettle and Fire chicken broth 

  • 1 cup broccoli florets, diced

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Parmesan cheese 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • Parsley to top

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Add everything into an 8x8 pan and mix. 

  3. Bake for 25 minutes until pasta has cooked. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes at the top for a golden brown finish. You’ll need to bake for longer if you’re using a regular pasta.

  4. Top with parsley and enjoy!
