Crustless Pizza

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pizza sauce

  • 4 mushrooms, sliced

  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced

  • 10-15 slices pepperoni

  • ¼ green bell pepper, sliced 

  • ¼ red and orange bell peppers, sliced 

  • ¼ white onion, sliced 

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • ½ tsp italian seasoning 

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.

  2. Place the skillet over medium heat and add your ground beef. Cook for 5 minute until golden brown. Add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

  3. Remove the skillet off the heat and top with a thin layer of mozzarella cheese. Spread the pizza sauce on top, followed by the mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, and pepperoni. Top with the mozzarella cheese.

  4. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  5. Remove skillet from the oven and slice into four portions and serve immediately. Enjoy!
