Creamiest Egg Salad

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 9 boiled eggs 

  • ¼ cup avocado mayo

  • 2 tbsp room temperature butter 

  • 1 tbsp yellow or dijon mustard

  • 1 stalk celery, finely diced 

  • 1 stalk green onion, finely diced 

  • ¼ tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions: 

  1. Boil your eggs and peel them completely. 

  2. Chop your eggs. You can either separate your egg whites and yolks to get a finer chop, or keep it chunky!

  3. Mash your eggs and add all of your ingredients

  4. Mix until nice and creamy.
