Crack Chicken Casserole

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1lb chicken breast or thighs 

  • 1 ranch packet 

  • 16 ounces cream cheese 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped 

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Directions:

  1. Place chicken in instant pot with cream cheese 

  2. Sprinkle ranch packet 

  3. Cook until tender for an hour 

  4. Shred and mix well 

  5. Fold in bacon and green onions 

  6. And enjoy!
