Chicken Crust Pizza

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste 

  • 2 pounds ground chicken 

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 (12 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup pizza sauce 

  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package sliced pepperoni, or to taste

  • 3 ounces of mushroom

CREAMY GARLIC PARMESAN DIP:

  • 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or to taste)

  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions:

For dip: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Pizza:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Mix together salt, Italian seasoning, oregano, garlic, ground black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

  3. Mix ground chicken and eggs in a mixing bowl until thoroughly incorporated. 

  4. Add Parmesan cheese and seasoning mixture to chicken; combine. 

  5. Press the chicken mixture into a parchment lined pan, spread out evenly.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven until the meat is no longer pink, about 10 minutes. 

  7. Drain grease, if necessary.

  8. Add marinara and toppings.

  9. Bake for 10 minutes

  10. Broil until cheese is melted, bubbling, and lightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes.

  11. Slice and enjoy!
