Cheesecake Brownies

Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond flour

  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 cup of sweetener

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup of melted butter

  • 1/2 cup of Chocze sugar free white or milk chocolate chips

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of instant decaf coffee

Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz cream cheese room temperature

  • 1/2 cup sweetener 

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F

  2. Start with your brownie batter. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

  3. Spray your 9x9 brownie pan with oil spray of choice or butter. You can also use a 8x8 pan.

  4. Add batter into the pan and reserve about 1/2 a cup of the brownie batter in a small bowl.

  5. Now, let’s make your cheesecake batter. Make sure that your cream cheese is room temperature to avoid any clumps! Beat your cream cheese for a few minutes until creamed.

  6. Add sweetener, vanilla, eggs and salt and beat until smooth. Add on top of your brownie mixture.

  7. Dollop or spoon your brownie mixture on top of your cheesecake. Then use a knife or toothpick to swirl.

  8. Bake your cheesecake brownies at 350F for 10 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 325F and bake another 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
