15 Min Air Fryer Meal - Buffalo Chicken Baked Pasta

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 box low carb Kaizen ziti pasta 

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce 

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 

  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper 

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes

  • ¼ cup mozzarella balls (optional, or use more mozzarella cheese)

  • 1 chicken breast, butterflied or 2 thin chicken breast cutlets

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • Top with parsley + grated parmesan cheese 

Directions:

  1. Cook your pasta, based off of your box instructions. I cooked mine for about 7-8 minutes.

  2. Season your chicken breast with salt and pepper and air fry at 400F for 6-8 mins until cooked through. Dice your cooked chicken breast.

  3. Once pasta is cooked, drain and set aside.

  4. In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix together. Top with mozzarella cheese and parmesan.

  5. Airfry your pasta for 5 mins until your cheese is melty.

  6. Enjoy immediately or place in an airtight container for leftovers.
